Postage and Packing is £3 to all mainland UK addresses. If you would like any advice or information then please contact us 0845 263 8801 or e-mail info@runtolive.co.uk. We are happy to arrange your order over the telephone. UK orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receipt where possible. Please allow 5-8 days for delivery. Should any item be delayed, we will inform you of the expected delivery date. Postage and packaging to any mainland UK address is charged to you at a cost of £3 irrespective of the goods being delivered. Please note, we do not deliver outside of mainland UK. If you live outside this area, we will refund your purchase and your goods will not be dispatched.
